Just yourself and some comfortable training kit. All equipment is provided. Trainers you can run in are ideal. Bring water if you have a bottle.
Absolutely. The trial session is designed for beginners and curious newcomers. Our coaches will scale everything to your level — there's no minimum fitness requirement.
